WCIC 2017 booth space rental includes the following:

  • 10 foot x 10 foot carpeted black space
  • 8’ back drape (gray and black) and 3’ side drape (gray)
  • 8 foot (gray) skirted table and 2 chairs; booth sign listing company name
  • Company information as entered by exhibitor on WCIC online exhibit floorplan. Information can include company description, marketing information, company logo, key contact information, category listing, etc.
  • Category and alphabetical listing in WCIC Show Program;
  • One complimentary Full Registration Pass for one of your employees to work in your exhibit space and attend all sessions. (Additional exhibitors in the booth will need to register; the cost remains the same price it was for our last WCIC)

Booth rental does not include:

  • Electricity or other utilities (electricity can be ordered; see exhibitor service kit)
  • Furniture, plants, decorations
  • Admission to any official function without proper registration and/or appropriate fees paid.

Do I have to register staff working in my booth?

Yes. Badges must be worn at all times.
