Fast facts:

  • Exhibitors may use floor pop-up displays, tabletop pop-up displays, floor pull up banner stands, TV/DVD stands, magazine racks, furniture, plants, etc.
  • No industry equipment can be placed on the floor. If your company sells equipment and you want to display this equipment, it must be small enough to fit on a tabletop.  If the equipment cannot be placed on a table, it is not allowed at this show.
  • Your exhibit space includes black carpeting, an 8′ skirted table (gray skirt), and 2 chairs.  More information is below.

How can I order items for my booth, electricity, etc?

  • Remember, this year, your booth includes carpeting, a skirted table and two chairs.
  •  Electricity is not included, but can be ordered (see instructions below). Order early to receive discounted rates and ship early to avoid delays. All orders must be entered online.

When can I set up my booth? What are exhibit hours?

Exhibitors may move in: Tuesday April 11 from Noon to 5:00p.m. or Wednesday from 7:00a.m. to 10:00a.m.
Exhibits are open Wednesday, April 12 from 10:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.

How do I arrange for name badges for exhibitors?

Everyone working in the booth must be registered; badges must be worn at all times. Click here to register online.

One complimentary Full Registration Pass for one of your employees to work in your exhibit space and attend all sessions. (Additional exhibitors in the booth will need to register; the cost remains the same price it was for our last WCIC.)
