Hospitality Rooms will be available for the Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference at the Radisson Hotel La Crosse—just a walk through the corridors from the location of the WCIC seminars, lunches and receptions. Arrangements for hospitality rooms will be handled directly with the Radisson Hotel La Crosse. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of guest rooms and meeting rooms are available for use as hospitality rooms.

Hospitality Room Types

Guest Room

The cost of a guest room used for hospitality is $350.00 per night plus tax. This cost includes the room charge, cleaning, possible bed removal, a six-foot table and 10 chairs, if needed. Contact Sheila Hilke, Radisson Account Executive, at 608-793-5004 or to reserve your room.

Meeting Room

Meeting rooms at the Radisson Hotel La Crosse are also available for hospitality. Contact Tami Woods, Radisson Director of Catering at 608-793-5016 or to reserve a meeting room.

Cutoff Date

The cutoff date to reserve a hospitality room is February 18, 2013.

Hotel Will Hold 1 Additional Sleeping Room

For your convenience, the Radisson Hotel La Crosse will hold one additional sleeping room (at the rate of $125 plus tax) within the hotel for each night your hospitality room is reserved.

Hospitality Room Requirements

Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association has two standing requirements regarding hospitality rooms:

  • Before final assignment of any hospitality room, the Association requires a minimum of two full registrations to the 2013 WCIC from any company reserving space for hospitality.
