Attendees will identify themselves in one of the following two categories:

Dairy Manufacturer/Processor/Marketer

A dairy manufacturer or processor marketer is one of the following: a firm engaged in converting milk and milk components into natural dairy products; a firm engaged in producing processed cheese types; a firm engaged in converting cheese into other dairy products, or engaged in processing whey.  A firm that markets cheese, purchases or brokers cheese, or distributes cheese as its primary business is also a dairy processor/marketer.

Supplier company

A supplier company is a company that provides a good or service to the industry.  Each attendee providing goods or services to the industry (a “supplier”) must be a member of WCMA.

Registration Fees

Full Registration $375 Dairy Manufacturer/Processor/Marketer members; $475 Non-member Dairy Manufacturer/Processor/Marketer, $350 Supplier members (all suppliers must be members of Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association to attend.  Dues can be paid when registering.)

  • Includes all events (not including the Awards Banquet).

Wednesday Lunch, Mini-Expo and Auction Reception $100  (This special option is available only to dairy manufacturer and dairy processor/marketer companies. Suppliers will need to pay the Single Day Registration fee of $275.)

  • Includes access to the Tabletop Mini-Expo, lunch and auction on Wednesday April 17.

Single Day Registration $275 Members; $325 Non-members

  • April 17 or April 18, includes all events on that day (not including the Awards Banquet).

Spouse Registration (Not employed in the industry.) $60 Members/Non-members

  • Includes all events except the Awards Banquet.

Awards Banquet $70

  • Includes Thursday evening reception, banquet and afterglow reception.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Personnel Registration

Any registration canceled on or prior to March 19 will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 19. Cancellations must be received in writing.

Cancellation Policy for tabletop Exhibit Space

Cancellations received prior to January 1, 2013, will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations received between to January 1 and February 1, 2013, will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued after February 1, 2013. Cancellation notices must be received in writing.

*  This special option is available only to dairy manufacturer and dairy processor/marketer companies. Suppliers will need to pay the Single Day Registration fee of $275, or the Full Registration fee of $375.

A firm that markets cheese, purchases or brokers cheese, or distributes cheese as its primary business is also a dairy processor/marketer. Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association will determine the registration category of each WCIC attendee. Each attendee will be required to register under the category designated by Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association without exception.

2 All industry suppliers must be members of the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association to participate in any WCIC activity.
